Budget
Near the end of each fiscal year the current PTAC Board establishes a budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The budget represents our best estimates for the upcoming year based on revenue and expenses from prior years and any expected changes to our programs. When comparing the budget to our actual performance you can compare most revenue and expenses to the year-to-date Statement of Financial Activity provided on a monthly basis below.

For each time period we provide two financial statements. The PTAC operates on cash basis accounting with a fiscal year of July 1 - June 30.
The Statement of Financial Position shows the balance sheet for the organization including all operations (past & current year). Here you can see our bank account and other balances at the end of the period.
The Statement of Financial Activity shows where our income (revenue) is coming from and how the money is spent (expenses). You can view a Statement of Activity for the given time period which only shows transactions in that month or a year to date statement which shows total from the start of the fiscal year to the end of the period.
